ORDERS
Will I receive an order confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order. If the confirmation does not arrive within 15 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam inbox. If it is not in your spam folder, please contact us at masongriffindesigner@gmail.com with your name and your billing zip code and we will help you locate your order and update your email address if there are any errors.
When will I receive shipping confirmation?
Your order will ship in 1-3 business days at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note, it may take 1 business day for your tracking information to activate pending scan via the shipper of your choice.
Can orders be changed or cancelled after they are placed?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24-hours of placement. Please email us at masongriffindesigner@gmail.com with your request.
Can I pick up my order in stores?
We are unable to offer order pick-up at this time.
Do you offer discounts, sales or coupon codes?
We do occasionally offer sales and promotions. To be the first to know when sales happen, please subscribe to our email list or follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
Can I use more than one discount on my order?
Only one discount may be used per order.
Do you offer price adjustment on orders?
We cannot offer price adjustments on any order after it has been placed.
SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship in 1-3 business days. In the event of any delays during busy ordering periods like holidays or after sales events, we will notify you if there is a delay on your shipment.
Can I change the shipping address on my order after it’s been placed?
We can make changes to your shipping address within 12 hours of the placement of your order. After 12 hours, order changes cannot be guaranteed, but will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we offer shipping insurance.
What if my order was lost, stolen or damaged in transit?
Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged upon receipt, please email masongriffindesigner@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

What payment types do you accept?
You can pay using American Express, VISA, Apply Pay, Diner's Club, Discover, FB Pay, Google Pay, Master Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
To return an item to us, the item must have been purchased from our site as well as be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of the order being received. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. Final sale items cannot be returned for store credit. Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for items that comply with our return policy. To make an exchange, please email masongriffindesigner@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Which items are considered final sale?
All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and may not be returned for a refund or store credit.
Can I return final sale items?
No, final sale items may not be returned for refunds or store credit. If final sale items are returned, they will not be shipped back to you.
How do I make a return?
To return your item, please make sure it aligns with our return policy above and ship it back to us via the shipping method of your choice in the original packaging. Please retain the tracking information for your records and to track your refund. Return shipping methods will not be refunded.
How long will it take for my refund for my return to be processed?
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your return. Processing times depend on your individual bank's policies and typically within 2-5 business days. For more detailed information on this, please contact your bank.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer virtual gift cards in many denominations.
PRODUCTS & CARE
How do I care for my jewelry?
To retain the quality of these items, do not shower or swim in your Mason Griffin earrings or bracelets. Keep them in a soft pouch when traveling and store them in a jewelry box or display when not in use.
How do I clean my Mason Griffin jewelry?
Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, damp towel.
